What begins as a simple desire to play Minecraft together quickly turns into a quest to meet Boyfriend and Girlfriend and challenge them to rap battles in order to break free.

In The Background week, players face off against four different opponents—Blu, Mini, Jghost, and Cerberus—in a series of challenging rap battles. Then, in the Bob Takeover week, players step into the shoes of Bob and Bosip themselves as they confront a mysterious character named Bob and join forces with Boyfriend to battle against Ron.
